Rethink! Service Design Stories - II edition

The new green (city) deal.
Regenerative urban development.

Rethink! is the very first Italian festival dedicated to service design. Rethink! brings together designers, companies, and institutions to encourage critical thinking on service innovation, by connecting service design players from all over the world.
On October 5 th , 2019, the autumn event of the second edition of the festival will take place at the Fondazione Giangiacomo Feltrinelli. We will talk about a new vision of natural capital considered as a strategic lever to cultivate new design perspectives in the field of services for eco-sustainable cities.
Resilience and circular economy will be core topics of the event. Visions, approaches, and case studies – illustrated by leading national and international experts – will outline new design trajectories.
How to communicate and promote concrete initiatives to face the urgent challenge that climate change imposes? How can policymakers, managers, designers, and citizens contribute to re-design processes, products, and services for the city? The creation of a new model of a sustainable city in response to these global challenges is the thread that will guide the debate to imagine more resilient and regenerative urban contexts.
