Service Design e UX Director a Digital Entity – a NTT design studio
In his 20 year of work experience on product and successful services design, and on design leadership, both at local and international level, Antonio had the chance to work within many different contexts like Italy, Germany and UK and in many sectors like retail, banking, healthcare, fashion and others. He collaborated with clients like General Electrics, Google, Transport for London, HSBC, Santander, Siemens, Canon, McDonalds, Ferrari, Costa and many more, to transform them through products and services design and innovation. He held ‘Inclusive Design’ course at the Politecnico di Milano, teaching his inclusive design approach, that thinks at solutions with the greatest impact. This led him to share with students from different backgrounds the importance of a design approach that deals with physical, economical and cultural issues.
