Design Manager - H-Farm
Lorenzo graduated from the Politecnico di Milano with a degree in Industrial Design. He began his career working with IBM as a researcher in the field of interaction design and wearable computers. He combines freelance work in the fields of lighting and household goods with collaborations with important design studios, such as those of Richard Sapper, Dominique Perrault and Makio Hasuike. In 2013 he founded NARA s.r.l., a design studio based in Milan and Hong Kong, involved in projects of strategy, product design and branding.
Lorenzo has combined professional and academic activities, being a member of the advisory board and lecturer at the Master in Service Design (PSSD – Product Service System Design) of the Politecnico di Milano, lecturer at Poli.Design and teaching product design at IED Milan.
His works have been selected for various events and some of them have been exhibited at the Louvre in Paris and the Triennale in Milan. He has been awarded several prizes including 8 Design Plus, 4 Golden Pin, 2 Red Dot, 1 Good Design Award.
Given his propensity for issues related to technology and the digital world, he collaborates with H-FARM Industry as Design Manager with particular attention to the issues of IoT and Physical Computing.
