Graduated in International Economics at Bocconi University, in 2008 Matteo began his career in fashion working for Abercrombie and Fitch as Senior Manager and co-director of the Diversity and Inclusion Council. In 2015 he decided to leave the company to found Wrad together with Victor Santiago and Silvia Giovanardi. A decision taken on the basis of an objective: to catalyse positive change in the field of sustainable and social innovation. Beyond his role as CEO and CEO of Wrad, Matteo is also a member of Fashion Revolution Italia.
