Giovanna Fossa is full professor of Urban Planning and Design at the Department of Architecture and Urban Studies of the Politecnico di Milano.
Her research is nourished by international experiences (in particular with the Polytechnic of Zurich and with the Regional Plan Association of New York) and she enjoys attending the interdisciplinary frontiers of urban planning, especially in the relationship between infrastructure and territory, production and tourism, art and regeneration, privileging a multiscale and integrated approach.
