Francesco Gasperi, graduated in Building Engineering, holds the position of Technical Director at Habitech, Director of Odatech and responsible for the ARCA certification. He has been a LEED Accredited Professional since 2008, BREEAM International NC and RFO Assessor since 2014, WELL AP since 2016 and WELL Performance Testing Agent since 2018. He has also been a LEED Project Reviewer since 2011. In 2017, in Boston, he was honoured as the first in Italy to hold the prestigious qualification of LEED FELLOW for his contribution to green building and sustainability worldwide. He has always been keen on innovation and development and has taken part, either as organiser or speaker, in more than 150 events and conferences on energy efficiency and sustainability. Habitech – the Energy and Environment District, promoted by the Autonomous Province of Trento and recognized by the Italian Ministry for Universities and Research, is the leading national centre for green building, renewable energy and innovation: since 2006 Habitech operates in these areas and strives for a market transformation towards sustainable solutions.
