Andrea Vigna


Andrea Vigna, born in 1983, approaches the world of cooking at around twenty years old. His training passed through famous starred restaurants such as Sadler where he learned the secrets of haute cuisine, for restaurants with very high numbers, as well as for the stoves of small trattorias and hidden delicatessens, where he approached the secrets and traditions of Italian cuisine.
He has been signing the menus of Drink and Taste for three years, while at the same time carrying out his own projects, including consultancy for new restaurant openings in Japan for the Marni group and the launch of Gourmand, the new brand of the historic Biffi pastry shop, dedicated to gourmet sandwiches.
