Since 1997 he has been working as a patent and design consultant, taking care of the protection of patents and designs, as well as following the related aspects related to trademark protection, for both international and Italian clients.

He has been appointed technical consultant both by clients and by different courts in patent and design cases.

He is an expert in Community design procedures and has represented clients before the Cancellation Division of the European Union Office for Intellectual Property – EUIPO.
