Sacco goes green. Zanotta celebrates 50 years of Sacco and becomes eco-sustainable
A showcase installation that will last for the whole duration of the Brera Design Days with opening on the evening of October 4th.
Zanotta celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Sacco armchair with a special and numbered “green” edition. Designed in 1968 by the young architects Gatti, Paolini and Teodoro and put into production by Zanotta in 1969, Sacco represented a provocation and a revolution expressing the ideals of creativity and freedom that animated those years.
Known as symbol of avant-garde and experimenting, Sacco turns today in “green” version:
innovative sustainable materials both for the internal filling and for the cover, proposed in a brand-new texture designed by Pierre Charpin, relaunch the icon while caring for the environment.
No registration online is required for this event. Free entry.
We recommend you to arrive in advance to be sure of a place in the room!
